Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for cost estimation and staffing prior to project launch;

2. Lead the on-site team in executing project tasks—from go-live to debugging and handover—to ensure that project costs, timelines, and quality metrics are met;

3. Oversee the tracking and management of the overall project plan prior to pre-acceptance;

4. Develop project payment collection strategies, mobilize resources across all levels of the company to ensure their implementation, and guarantee timely collection of project payments;

5. Maintain and develop long- and short-term client relationships to support the acquisition of follow-on projects.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time program; at least 3 years of experience in commissioning custom automotive automation systems; proficiency in commissioning industrial automation equipment;

2. Strong customer communication skills, excellent customer service orientation, and a broad perspective;

3. Strong teamwork spirit, with a strong focus on goals and results;

4. Proactive, enthusiastic work attitude, and ability to thrive under pressure;

5. Willingness to travel; experience leading teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Job Responsibilities

2. Responsible for electrical commissioning of automated equipment;

3. Responsible for the delivery of automated equipment projects.

Job Requirements

1. Experience independently debugging PLC workstations for batteries, electric drive systems, and white body welding in the automotive industry;

2. Proficient in programming and debugging Siemens PLCs, as well as using configuration software for HMI programming;

3. Possesses a proactive and inquisitive mindset, capable of independently identifying and resolving complex issues that arise on the job;

4. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork skills, and effective communication abilities;

5. Willingness to travel for work.
