Training Overview

With the deepening implementation of the “Smart Manufacturing” strategy, automation and intelligent manufacturing have become key pathways for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing sector. As essential tools for achieving production process automation, PLCs and robots are applied across a wide range of applications, from simple logic control to complex distributed control systems. They play an irreplaceable role in improving production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and reducing operational costs. Therefore, mastering PLC programming, debugging, and system maintenance skills is not only an inevitable choice for the career development of automation engineers but also a key capability for adapting to industry changes and driving corporate innovation.

Led by BOOL Automation, the “Free Training Program for Outstanding Engineers” aims to address the current shortage of specialized talent and the lack of mid-to-senior-level technical personnel in the automation industry. This long-term talent development initiative is rooted in corporate needs, featuring an initial training phase followed by targeted on-the-job development. Its objectives include strengthening the company’s talent pipeline, establishing a comprehensive employee reserve ecosystem, and enhancing employee loyalty to the organization.

Who It's For
Candidates aged 18–25 with an associate’s degree or higher in automation or mechatronics, or those with experience using Siemens medium- to large-scale PLCs.
Tuition
Free training; participants are responsible for their own room and board during the training period.
Course Content

Electrical Automation Commissioning Engineer.

Learn the fundamentals of PLCs, practical applications, and automation control; become proficient in electrical schematic design, fabrication, commissioning, fault analysis, and troubleshooting, including hands-on programming and maintenance of Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 PLCs, with a focus on integrating theory and practice.

Teaching Strengths

1. As a technical services company with our own projects, we use our own proprietary course materials and provide free training.

2. The first month features small-class instruction to ensure high-quality learning and effective results.

3. The second month consists of on-site project training, combining theory with practice.

4. Upon completion of the training, you will be hired by our company, ensuring secure employment.

Training Objectives
Upon completion of the PLC Electrical Automation Engineer Skills Training, participants will have mastered the hardware components, operating principles, and selection criteria of the S7-1200 PLC. They will be proficient in using programming software to develop PLC projects and will have a thorough understanding of PLC programming languages. Participants will also master the organizational structure and design methods of PLC programs, enabling them to design appropriate program structures based on actual requirements. Additionally, they will learn how to use and commission other devices, such as touchscreens, servo drives, variable frequency drives, and sensors.
